Pricing Assumptions:

• Any waste removed from site will be charged at cost + 10% basis.

• This quotation is based on continuous works, should our engineers be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control then the full shift costing will apply (£520.00).

• This estimate is valid for 1 month of the quotation date shown, unless otherwise stated.

• Should any traffic management or statutory notices be required then this will need to be provided by the client or prior notice given to Waterworxz.

• Should our engineers exceed the designated eight hours then a charge of £85.00 will apply per hour there-after.

• Please note that the above estimate is based on a best endeavour’s basis.

• Our prices are based on the existing pipework within the boundary being 6 inch or smaller.

• Quotations are valid for a period of 1 month from the date shown, unless otherwise stated.

• All water is deemed to be free of charge. Should a charge be levied at Waterworxz Drainage reserve the right to pass on the cost plus a 10 per cent administration charge.

• Prior to commencement of work, you should notify us of all relevant facts which may relate to the work e.g., potential hazards, access rights etc. and any necessary steps which are necessary to deal with such facts. You shall be liable for the loss, damage or injury resulting from your negligent failure in your performance under the contract.

•  Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the commencement of work. Where credit terms have been agreed prior to commencement of work, payment is due within 14 calendar days of the date of invoice. We do not invoice third parties unless written confirmation is received prior to commencement of the work. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments at the ‘statutory rate of interest’. Payment should be made in full, and you should not withhold or reduce the amount payable by you to us under the contract unless agreed in writing.

• Lining: Cured in Place Pipeline linings are designed in accordance with the Sewerage Rehabilitation Manual 4th Edition, Volume 2, for Type 2 Liners. Manufacture and installation are in accordance with the Water Industry Standard 4-34-04, unless otherwise specified in our quotation. Following completion of any installation, Waterworxz will inspect the quality of finish at the earliest reasonable time, and correct any defects found at our own expense. Further, we guarantee that all installed liners shall be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose for a period of 28 days post installation. The quality of the finished work can be influenced by natural factors such as slippage, ground subsidence, and erosion and wear and tear, as well as negligence, misuse, abuse and alteration, and for which we will not be liable. Should our client notice any defects in the work, then you should notify Waterworxz in writing as soon as possible, and allow Waterworxz access to inspect the work prior to agreeing on a further course of remedial action.

• Excavations: The price stated does not allow for excavation through mass concrete or other artificial or natural hard materials which require us to alter our expected method of work. If such materials are encountered during excavations, Waterworxz reserves the right to renegotiate our costs to accommodate the additional costs/time incurred in dealing with and handling additional works.

• The above quotation is based on a best endeavours basis.

• Waste: Waterworxz operates strictly within the legislative requirements for the transfer and disposal of waste from site, as laid out in The Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011 and all subsequent Acts and Regulations. In accordance with these, Waterworxz are legally obligated to dispose of material arisings at licenced transfer stations or waste sites. Our prices do not allow for the cost of testing arisings, nor for the haulage or disposal of contaminated, special, or hazardous wastes. Where specific arrangements must be made for the disposal of wastes, Waterworxz reserve the right to renegotiate our rates to accommodate the additional costs incurred in dealing with and handling the goods.
